Giant Hogweed

Hello everyone,
During my last ride I noticed that there has been some giant hogweed (sprayed) at the end of the trail - Rockin Ronnie very close along the bike path. Being that it is so close and can come in contact with riders as they ride through, I was wondering if the city has any plans to remove them? Is the giant hogweed being sprayed or removed from Hydrocut?
Usually the hogweed is off the path but on Rockin Ronnie it seems too close for comfort.

I hit it too when I rode past, but today I went there to tie it back and saw that the two marked plants nearest the trail are not GHW. I'm not sure why they got marked. There is alot of marked GHW in the area but you can't hit it when you ride.
